Hello,
I'm having a lot of throubles with my SPA9000, SPA400 setup.
I'm in Mexico with 4 Axtel PSTNs, my calls became to cross. spa9000 and phones restarts, no AA answering, one way audio... every problem is happening.

Since you are having so many problems, have you tried factory resetting the devices and using the spa9000 wizard to setup the pbx, phones and spa400?

Why does the solution for every problem is always to do a factory reset?
Will I loss my phone-extension configuration, and AA recordings? Is there a way to backup them?
I will need to reconfigure every dialing rule in my SPA9000?

If you've used the spa9000 wizard to install, it saves all of the config to a file on your pc.
If you didn't use the wizard, you can save the config of each unit via your browser by doing a File/Save As and save as html file (be sure to login as admin/advanced) or save as xml file by typing the following into your browser http://
For the recordings, you can connnect the usb drive to your pc and save the recording to your pc.
