I have a SPA525G that I set up in our office. We run our phone system using 3CX. After provisioning the phone for my profile, I noticed that the tabs at the bottom of the screen are labeled with the prefix "S_" (eg: S_Redial). I'm not sure what is going on or how to fix it. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Labels are either default or customized by configuration. S_Redial is not default label as far as I know, so such label has been configured by provisioning. Check 3CX manual how to change what's generated into provisioning ...

Only problem with that, is that there's more than this phone that uses the same provisioning. This is the ONLY phone that's having this issue. Thinking it's junk, but not for sure, yet.

Exactly identical configuration of two distinct phones ? They share same SIP account and even phone number ? You didn't mentioned you have such king of rare configuration, but it is possible.
I assume you verified the configuration of both phones so you information is not based on wishes.
Unless you are pretty sure, you should consider to disclose the configuration of phone in question so we can look at it. Fetch the current configuration from the phone, don't use other source.
If you have two identical phones with exactly the same configuration but different behavior, then one of them is broken and needs to be replaced, but I'm not sure it's true reason here.
