Gpickup softkey not working on SPA504

Hi,

5 SPA504g(SIP protocol in CME)

Call pickup group and Call pick up does not work.

If you try to do a call pickup or call pickup group the phone displays "gathering call info" and nothing happens.

Any quick setting that must be on or off somewhere for this to work ?

Dear Sir;

Interoperability with CME is limited to the standard RFC3261 features, i.e. registration, authentication, make and receive calls, call forward, call transfer, hold/resume and local conference.
