Yes. That's why Cisco recommends you configure DHCP Option 150.

I have configured option 150 on a external WAN dhcp server but the phone doesn not register. Do you have registered the phones on he WAN interface?

Is the phone getting a valid IP address?

IP from the WAN network
Can you clarify what you mean by this?
What error messages do you see on the phone?

The phones installed over the WAN interface have valid IP address getting from dhcp and dhcp is configured with option 150 but the phones do not reach tftp boot server because it seems that all the ports are closed at the WAN interface. I have tried to forward ports 69 udp (tftp), 5060 udp (sip) and with the same result. Have you registered the phones over the WAN interface? Show me how. Put an example.

Have you registered the phones over the WAN interface?
I have successes getting 79X0 and 7970 phones to register with a SIP provider using DSL.
This is why I need to know what error messages come up with your phone(s).
What are the details of your call server?
Do you have NAT enable/disabled on your phones?
Does your ISP support ALG being turned off/on?
