How to catch first registration after rebooting

We use Kamailio as a router and would like to catch first registration requests from rebooted Cisco phones to perform certain actions. Is there a way to determine first registration SIP message comming to the Kamailio from rebooted Cisco phones?

Your question seems to be related to Kamailo server, not a Cisco product. You should ask on a forum dedicated to Kamaiilo server instead.

Note that first registration past reboot is the same as other registrations, so it can't be distinguished. Unfortunately, you described no goal, thus no way to advise an alternative solution.
