How to connect phone on remote site?

Hello,

I got a UC540 on our my office (192.168.254.200)

I want connect a SPA525G2 at my home, through an existing VPN IpSEC

my home network is 192.168.168.0

Phone receive ip 192.168.168.211 from DHCP                   

I can ping the uc540 from my home and reverse.

Need i do something more?

currently, the phone is not working, it try to download the SEP<MAC>.cnf.xml

Hello,

You need to enable alternate TFTP on the phone, and then put the IP of the voice vlan from the UC in the TFTP Server field. You also needs to make sure that you have permitted VPN traffic to/from the voice network and the voicemail network.
