I have an elderly customer who is having problems dialing out because the dial plan timer on her SPA112 is not long enough. I'm having difficulties increasing this.
To try to fix this, I added a "P20" to the beginning of the Dial_Plan_1_ string.
(P20|*xx|[3469]11|0|00|[2-9]xxxxxx|1xxx[2-9]xxxxxxS0|xxxxxxxxxxxx.)
Unfortunately, this doesn't seem to do anything. When I go off hook, it's about 9-12 seconds before it goes to fastbusy no matter what I enter there.
Can someone help me?

You say: "When I go off hook, it's about 9-12 seconds before it goes to fastbusy ".
Does it happen before dialing any digits?
I want understand if your customer picks up the phone and waits more than 9 - 12 sec before dialing.
In this case you must change the dial-tone parameter under Regional menu.
E.g. 425@-12;60(.6/1/1,.2/.2/1)
In this case the SPA waits 60 seconds before to generate a fastbusy.
Regards.

I increased the Interdigit_Long_Timer to 20 and Interdigit_Short_Timer to 10. It doesn't change the behaviour.
