Hi Experts, I am setting up a small voip system using PAP2T / PAP2N / SPA 2101 ATA's, but I will like to be able to disable the voice menu (IVR) that allows user to access the ATA's configuration by entering "****". The idea is that users should not be able to change preconfigured settings. Is there a way to turn off the IVR menu function, or perhaps LOCK the ATA after making configuration to SIP server etc in the same way as service providers would. Your advice and expertise very appreciated.
