i have change uc 520 config-register 0x2101 after i couldnt connect to router uc please help show me step how to set again in normal

config-register 0x2102

Can you connect to the uc500 now?  Either by telnet/ssh or by console?

If you can telnet/ssh or you connect by console and get a normal IOS prompt, then go into config mode and enter the following command:

config-register 0x2102

Otherwise connect to the console and see if you are getting a rommon> prompt.  If so, enter the commands:

confreg 0x2102

reset

And all should be good.
