Hello, I need to configure inbound calls from SIP provider to UC520 and then to CUCM 8.6.2
The calls do no go through, when a trace is performed the SIP Trunk Provider says UC520 replying with "500 internal server error" in response to inbound call. I know about this article https://supportforums.cisco.com/document/36761/siph323-trunks-cisco-unified-communications-500-series-cisco-smart-business and i include address of SIP provider in ACL CCA_SIP_SOURCE_GROUP_EXTERNAL, but “SIP/2.0 500 Internal Server Error” is still there.

uc560 getting a sip trunk from freepbx....same error, referenced that same fix document also. In my incoming dial plan I had the country code listed in the DID numbers. Dropped that so its 10 digit string. Poof, calls come in.
I swear in the documentation it stated country code must be specified for call forwarding, single number reach, etc...to work correctly? Hope that might help.
