Hi Loic,
What is a FTTH?
Can you describe which calls fail? Is there any pattern to call failures?
Take a look at http://
I glanced at your syslog file, but it's 5,800 lines long... can you start a new syslog file and then take note of the time of day when a call fails?
Then supply me with date and time, and something to help me locate the call information in the syslog please.
Is this a *very* busy system? How many simulataneous calls, AA access, conference calls?
Verify that the phones and the SPA9000 are using the most current firmware.
Do you not use voicemail? You don't mention SPA400 devices.
Regards,
Patrick

Hi,
sorry for my delay.
A FTTH is a fiber to the home , perhasps is a french "touch" ^^.
I make some change.
I create a hung group instead of multiple extension.
incoming call are ok,
but for outgoing call we have some "not available" on the phone ...
I don't know why ...
i put the option Call Capacity on unlimited but nothing change.
Regards,
Loic

Hi Loic,
I'm envious of you having fiber. I only get broadband cable where I'm at. :-(
Consider enabling debugging on the SPA9000 and then checking the resulting syslog logs to see if any clues are offered as to why some outbound calls fail.
https://www.myciscocommunity.com/docs/DOC-3032
If you are able, a Wireshark trace between the SPA9000 and the ITSP may provide clues as to why some outbound calls are failing/being rejected.
Could it be that your ITSP is limiting you?
Regards,
Patrick
