Has anyone expereinced a delay on the Cisco Unity Express voice mail system where it takes voice seconds for the voice mail to pickup.

Sometimes the MoH works well but sometimes just can hear "bi bi-----bi bi-----" for external call, does anyone know the root cause of this isse, the CM version is 5.1. Thanks
