IP Phone SPA509G - Problems with calling from Personnel Directory - GERMANY

Hello Cisco team

i have a question for the firmware colleagues, of the IP Phone SPA509G.

I have here in Germany the following problem with the Provider TELEKOM:

when i call directly from the Personel Directory of Cisco IP Phone SPA509G

to the SIP gateway Telekom (tel.t online.de) then call is rejected.

Here the info from the Wireshark Sniffer:

Message [truncated]: SIP/2.0 400 Error: command not correct (SIP command is not RFC3261 compliant) Via:

This is clearly because the is set at the end of the frame "Micha" before the <sip:0123456789@tel.t-online.de>.

Since it is stored in the phonebook, the name for the number, the name is the problem!

The Telekom says, as long as the frame is not correctly initiates, this is NOT a problem of the network!

I have parallel a second provider SIPGATE.DE

The gateway clears SIPGATE.DE simply "xxx" is out and establishes a connection.

works:

How can I suppress or adjust the "xx" is filtered out in the frame, so I do not get so BAD REQUEST.

Hi,

what setting suppresses that. Or give it a firmware there that change it?

Software Version:   7.5.4   

Hardware Version:   1.0.4

That is a big problem here. when the Number with namme is save in a personel directory then can´t

call this number. The name of the person is present in the frame...

when the name same the number is.. example:

then initiate the call directly from personel directory..

but when the "name" a name is then can´t call this Number... :-(

IS THAT ISSUE A FIRMWARE PROBLEM,

OR A PROBLEM FROM THE SIP PROXY,

OR CAN I CHANGE IT WITH SETTINGS ?
