is it possible to access the PSTN line to dial * and # for Telecom's special numbers?

I ofter forward the calls to another number directly from the Telecom line with *21* etc. I tried various ways to create a dial plan but it doesn't work.

Is there a way to do this?

Yes, should be able to do it.

(1) Write the phone dial plan, the call routing rule and the Line X dial plan (where SPA400 is connected) to accept and route * and # numbers you define.

(2) Make sure the short code is not already listed on the [Regional] Tab. if it is there there will be a conflict, so please delete it.
