is possible to change Cisco 525G background image using HTTPS ?

Hi,

I have a Cisco SPA525G with the software version 7.5.7s and I'm using a HTTPS server to do the provisionig. The phone can download the configuration file, but when I'm configuring the background logo to download an image through a HTTPS URL the phone doesn't download the image. If I set a http url the phone downloads correctly the image.

Has anyone had this problem ?

I have same problem, if i put a http url image is downloading correctly, but not with https.

Instead, if i have downloaded with http before, system shows this one.

Im using 7.6.2 release, the last one but it´s not solved.

I have same problem. i have take some traces, but the request is not sent by phone to server.

I can see this request with syslog server in other terminals like 508, 512, but not in 525g.

Not every option can take https kind of URL. SPA525G have limited computing power, thus SSL use is limited to sensitive data - like the provisioning. LOGO is shown on every phone - it's considered insensitive and https is not allowed for it.

It´s a bit strange becaus it Works with spa508 and spa514.
