We have a customer with a UC560. It's setup with Paging (ext 250) and Park lines (4 of them). Typically when an inbound call is received, the operator will PARK the call then hit the preconfigured PAGE button to inform whoever it is to pick up and which line it's parked on.
However; occassionally the user will press the wrong button and hit the page speed dial. This will put that call into the ext 250 and occupy that line until the connected caller hangs up.
Is there anyway we can prevent this?

Don't hit the page button? (haha)
Manually dial the paging instead of a speed-dial?
One thing we do for some of our customers is set paging to be a single-digit dial (usually 5). This elimiates the need to dedicate a speed-dial button to it, and makes it a lot less likely for someone to get transferred to the page extension.

Believe me, I've told them that but need another solution.
There is no way to set another 3 digit number to dial and end that call is there? Might just have to change the paging to be a single digit.
