Looking for solution for remote user

Hi:

I have UC-540 (uc540w-FXO-k9) systemw ith CCA3.2.3, CME 8.6.5. directly connect to Internet.

I get a request to support 2 remote user work from home with Cisco phone. Both of them are working with softphone now (Cisco IP communicator with Cisco IPSec VPN). I just wonder if anyone has best scenario to configure Cisco phone for remote user.

I have try the instruction as http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucme/admin/configuration/guide/cmevpn.html#wp1018130 and http://blog.packetwire.ca/2013/02/20/ssl-vpn-uc540560-and-cp-79xx/ on the Cisco Phone CP7975G. But it does not work ofr me.

Any suggestion with instruction are highly appriciated. If any work around with non-Cisco phone are welcome too.

Hello,

I'm not aware of anyone getting the 79xx phones to work with the SSLVPN. However, the SPA525G2s will work with the SSL VPN and are supported by us. Your other option, if you want to keep the 79xx phones, is to create a site to site VPN between the UC and remote site.

May I have instruction to configure SPA525G2 with UC-540. What version of SSL VPN (Anyconnect) are required for my UC-540?
