Can someone please explain what this is?

Even after rebooting the unit, we get the memory error straight away.
Is this a hardware fault?
If it is, can someone please provide a part number, so that we can order it through distribution.

I would, except there is no SmartCover for this device, so we would have to do that first, which could take another week.
So thats why i decided to post instead, hoping to speed things up.
