Matching caller ID to the directory

I get caller ID working about 60 % of the time on two analogue lines - Works 100% of the time on my single SIP.

However, it never matches these numbers against the stored entries within the corporate directory - and I have no idea why?

A seperate question - WHen should Bellcore.PMF be allpied - SHould I stick in on my systemw ith two BT supplied analogue lines, will it improve my 60% CID hit rate?

Hi Jon,

Currently you have to add the Personal Directory Entries through the phone menu to have the caller ID matched.

It seems that some service providers in UK use Bellcore standard instead of the default v.23 standard. It caused the caller ID couldn't be detected properly by UC320W. Please install Bellcore_CallerID.pmf in Configure Utility at Status->Devices->Alter PMFs. Please remember to apply the configuration afterwards.
