Yesterday I changed from ATT to Time Warner Cable not my Cisco SPA504G phone will only receive calls. When I call out it rings but the person on the other end of the phone can not hear me and I can't hear them. Does anyone know how to fix this? Time Warner does not have a clue and Cisco has no support because the phone is so old. It is a 2012 model. Thank you for your help.

Hi Kathy,
As you have changed the ISP I would suggest you to check the settings. Hopefully you do have the old working settings of your phone saved somewhere.
If possible, kindly do share the settings output.
