MOH two way audio

We are using the Cisco SPA122 as an external MOH device. The issue that we are having is that when we have multiple people on hold at once they can hear each other. The music will be playing in the background but they can talk to each other. I have read through the documentation  and believe I have everything setup right but I must be missing something. Below is a screenshot of the Streaming Audio Server settings. Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

You didn't mentioned firmware version. Upgrade unless you have the latest one. Call Cisco SMB support and ask for help otherwise.

My apologies here is the current firmware version FW1.3.5

Well, I wish you hit firmware bug. Turn on syslog&debug (in voice application, not in the kernel) and catch messages, capture a SIP session and don't forget saved configuration of SPA122 (the XML form, not the binary encrypted one). It would be nice to post them here as I'm curious, but firmware bugs needs to be reported to SMB support. Cisco technicians are not monitoring those forums.

Even if you will report, don't wish for solution in reasonable time. So seek for a workaround.

I have the same issue.   Since you are forced to populate the RTP sink to tell the client what Ip you are sending rtp from it changes the SDP to send/recieve.  That tells the client to send rtp to the ATA.  Each MOH call is bridging all of the other calls.  I was able to get around this by creating an iptables command in my router to drop a range of rtp ports that get sent to the ATA.  Not a perfect fix yet still resolves the issue.

You may consider not to use SPA1x2 as direct MOH source. Use your PBX (I assume you have one) as MOH source instead.
