DID recieved digits 2324 go to blast group 511. DID recieved digits 2325 go to blast group 512. Need a way for users to view which blast group is ringing.
I know you cant show which channel is being used on PRI. Just want to show which blast group is ringing so they can determine if it is 2324 development dept call or accounting dept call. Some memebers of 512 are also in 511.
Also is there wat to program a different ring for each blast group?

If you have sufficient spare buttons on the users phones, then the simplest way to handle this might be to configure extra lines on the phones - one for each blast group. Then the user will have a visual indication of which blast group the call came from, and you can also set a different ring tone for the different lines to provide an audible distinction.
Cheers,
Dave.

Can this be done through CCA?
If not, could you send sample config to create button and distinctive ringing?

Yes, this can definitely be done through CCA. Say you have phones A, B, and C with extensions 201, 202, and 203 respectively set on the first button on each phone. Using CCA, create normal extensions 211, 212, and 213 on the second button on each of A, B & C, and then create extensions 221, 222, & 223 on button 3 on each phone. You can use whatever extensions you want - the numbers I have chosen here are just for simplicity.
Anyway, once you have the extensions set up, then point the first blast group to extensions 211, 212, and 213, and the second blast group to extensions 221, 222, and 223. Then, using the Settings button on the phones themselves, navigate to User Preferences > Rings and select a different ring tone for each line on the phone. Then the user will get a different ring tone depending on if the call if for them personally, if it is directed to the first blast group, or if it is directed to the second.
Of course, you don't have to have a separate button for calls direct to the user - that is just for convenience. The point is that by creating multiple extensions on the phone for different purposes, you can get distinctly different rings depending on what type of call it is.
Cheers,
Dave.
