Hello everybody,
I deployed a VoIP system around 3cx system and gateway Cisco SPA8800.
internally calls happen correctly. incoming external calls are happening as well.
But impossible to make outgoing calls to pstn from the voip network.
please how to configure the dialplan of a line in sp8800 to allow outgoing calls?
Thanks for your intervention.

I actually polycom 321 IP phones already communicates them locally, and my pbx is based on 3cx, I have a SPA8800 gateway and, I want to use a pstn line and communicates with Mobile bridges outside, I managed to define develop a dialplan (<: 330@192.168.1.50> S0) for incoming calls and it also works, now I would use my polycom to issue external calls and I know not how to process at 3CX I already sets the rule for outgoing calls with a prefix (9) but it does not work, how to set this at SPA8800
