i have 4units of SPA8000 which i want to use with my ISTP on all lines
but i acnnot disable NAT mapping on lines3-8 thus i can only use 2lines on each SPA8000
can someone please help on what to do

Please realize that L3-L8 (though having the same subnet lan as L1,L2) are natted. It's by design.
Using voice requires OB proxy/stun.

i tried OB proxy line 3-4 doesnt register ITSP line 6 does register but when off hook blank even the led on line six deosnt flick
isnt there a way to disable nat mapping as i was using this same Spa8000 for past two years and it had all lines Nat mapping disabled suddenly after reboot the lines 3-8 are giving this prob as cant change nat mapping

NAT mapping can't be disabled. The L3-L8 are behind the L1-L2.
