Night Service - Answering

I have night service setup, but how do I pick up the calls?

I can see the alert coming across the phone.

Do I need to setup pick up group?

Howdy,

The phones you define as NS Bells will indicate the called extension on their phones, so you just do a normal "Pickup" to that extension.

In this example, Ext 201 will see the alert that someone is calling 211 and he can use pickup softkey and dial 211 and grab the call.

NS can also direct NS extensions to other places (not just bell).
