We have a Hunt Group for the main number, as no reception, and this then goes into a GD Mailbox after trying four phones. Is there any way to do a Night Service Message or divert to external number out of hours.
I can see how it works if you have a single reception phone, and you can use diverts, but I think it is the need for the Hunt Group that stops!?

Not the answer to your question but...
Is your hunt on any kind of "time-OF-day" setup.. i.e. after 5 it rings the 4 phones?
do you know if this is possible?

No times set. I have looked at Night Service but was not sure if this was just for ringing internal phones or could divert to a mobile. When I set-up it did not divert any calls even though it said Night Service active and with a call divert.
