Hi ALL,
I can't change the access code for template outgoing dialplan AU with SIP priority.
any ideas? anyone tried to change this.

When in CCA, and you load the outgoing template, what actually happens when you try to change the access code?

It highlights the access code field RED in the outgoing dial plan, when I tried changing this to new access code in all fields hit apply nothing stays RED.
