When certain people try to call my home phone it doesn't ring. My home phone is connected to the Cisco SPA 122 and my SIP provider is freephoneline. For instance calls from people with certain phone line providers(BELL Canada) go through, however, others don't(FIDO Canada). Is there a way I can make it so that all incoming calls ring on my home phone?

Hi, try to change the ring settings under the regional menu.
You can try to change 60(2/4) to 60(1/4) or 60(2/2) and so on.
You can also test different ring frequency, for instance 25.
Regards.

You need to distinguish the case.
Is SPA112 trying to ring the analog phone, but it just doesn't ring, or the SPA112 is not trying to ring the phone at all ? Look at line state page - it describe the current state of SPA112. Turn on logs and catch them - they will help identifying the issue cause. Catched SIP communication (SIP packets) may help as well.
