Please Help With cisco Call manager

Dear all

I have a problem with the call manager

when the user log into his ip phone he can call anyone anywhere 

but he cannot receive any call internally or externally 

what can i do? this problem appears only when the user log into his phone using his username and password

There's a world behind that issue ;) .... basically the first place where I would have a look is the partition of this user's extension under the DN of the Device Profile

i tried many times and check the profiles many times ,unfortunately nothing happened

please help if anyone faced a problem like this
