problem of backup/restore

hello,

I  upgraded the UC520 pack software but i don't checked the backup and restore, when the upgrade was completed and i tried to do the backup, it screens this message  error openin tftp.. UC500 loopback network (10.1.10.2) was unreachable and the phones didn't work, it shows registering all the time .what can i resolve this problem ?

The configuration was probably sent back to factory default then.  You will need to reconfigure the device so that phones can register.
