Problem retrieving Faxes and Voice Mail Via IMAP

Hi,

  I am trying to get my faxes and voice mail linked to my mails with my UC540.  If I do the connection via Outllook it works correctly; but when ever I try to access my mailbox via other IMAP clients I get nothing.

I tried telneting into the Cisco IMAP Server on the UC540, here is what I get:

* OK CUE IMAP4 Server ready

But what ever I enter afterwarts the connection close (tried ehlo, helo, user fax...). So is there a special connection/acceptance string?

What I want to accomplish is being able to access the Fax IMAP folder via our mail server and for each users access their VoiceMail IMAP Folder.

So the only IMAP program that works is Outllook 2013. All other clients either cannot connect or if they connect to the IMAP server, they See the Inbox and Delete Folder but nothing inside the folder!

At first I tought it might be because username where in format FirstnameLastname and it software where sending lowercase users, but I added a user all in lowercase and got the same problem...

If anyone can help!
