Hi, I have a client with a UC560 at a main site, and 6 remote sites connected via VPN and working very reliably to the UC560.
A 509g at a remote site has failed and I need to replace it. Is it possible to register a new 509g remotely to the telephone system?
I've tried with another 509g and it fails to register. Is there something to do with the web interface when the handset is at factory default settings?
