Hi,
I just updated to cca 3.0 with new the newest software pack 8.1.0 and my receptionist config isnt working.
Initial setup:
ephone 21
device-security-mode none
mac-address
ephone-template 15
max-calls-per-button 2
username "operator"
type 7931
button 1:10 2o100,101,102,103,104 3x2 4x2
button 5x2 6m22 7m31
CCA doesn't seem to want to acknowledge those rollovers.
I've since changed buttons 2 to 5 as normal buttons with extensions 101 to 104. Not sure if this is an ideal setup for receptionist phone
Any ideas?
