SAP112 cannot make more than one call - after each call I have to turn off Adapter to re-boot to make connection again for incoming and outgoing calls

I have configured my SAP112 Adapter following instructions from VOIP provider (Sipgate). Calls can be received without any issues. If I make an outgoing call the call is fine but once the call is ended I cannot receive calls or make calls. The Phone 1 light is either off or flashing (off hook or port not ready). The only fix seems to be to turn off and turn on the Adapter and then the Phone port light is a steady green (on hook) and I can then make and receive calls. I have checked and re-checked the configuration but cannot find any errors. Please help!

Hard to advise as we know no SPA112 state nor other details.

 

Check state of both lines when issue is manifesting - both lines should be registered and on-hook.

 

Turn on Syslog&debug and capture messages - it may help us to identify the issue cause.
