SCC Operator (with Server)...no Outlook toolbar?

Hi, so I have completed an install of the Client version of SCC Operator for Outlook 32-bit and while the Operator software has installed an runs just fine...

i have no toobar in outlook or IE.

is there something i am missing or meant to do. all my other clients that run SCC Client Advanced all work just fine and have all their toolbars.

Everything is the latest versions.
