I have a customer with a UC320W and SPA504G phones which uses Bandwidth.com to provide 5 SIP trunks. One of the users complaints that intermittently they will be on a call and receive a second call, which alerts through the handset of the phone, not through the speaker and cuts off audio. The phone is programmed with a busy forward to voicemail destination, and all inbound calls route through Autoattendant, so the calls are likely transferred.
Any ideas?
