We are starting the beta testing for the 2.1 release of the Cisco Smart CallConnector (for UC540 and UC560) and the Cisco Unified CallConnector (for CME/ISR and UC520). Partners interested in participating, please send request to ucc-beta@external.cisco.com.
The primary focus of the 2.1 release include:
- To add support for x64 bit Windows and Outlook x64
- Provide requested additions to the Operator Console capabilities:
- Support for Instant Messaging to clients
- Additional of Personal Directories and External IM accounts
- Automatic Software Update
- Updated MAPI library support
- Advanced Client, Unified CallConnector Client and SCC Toolbar x64-bit version to support x64 bit Windows and x64-bit Outlook 2010
- Localization support for Advanced Client and Operator
- Introduction of the UCC Operator and Advanced Client for the CME on ISR
- CallConnector Server enhancements
- Miscellaneous bug fixes
