Shared Number between SPA942 and PAP2T

Is it possible to share a number between the IP Side with an SPA942, and the Analog side using a PAP2T?  If so, can I resume calls by placing one of the shared phones on hold and resuming the call on the other phone?

Please, can you tell me what IPBX or SIP proxy are you using?

Normally it depends of the "controlling" side of the call, in a IPBX you may be able to place a call on hold and later pick it up from another extension, even if this ext. is a ATA or a IP Phone.
