Hello All,
An issue has popped up whereby the 9951 SIP handsets connected to our UC520 have lost the Session keys (DND etc) at the bottom. I have no idea why?
I've looked back at old config an no reference to the DND etc.. for the SIP registered handsets exist (but the buttons were definately there). I've tried to creat a template but it seems to only control the Feature buttons (left of screen) and Softkeys (Right of screen) not the ones on the screen.
Any idea where these are referenced?
