I am beginning to install the UC320 into my small business customer environments, and am getting repeated requests to sign up with a SIP provider that can automatically fall-over and forward calls to a cell phone if the customers Internet service goes down. We had this capability with some SIP providers using the Microsoft Response Point phone systems. I have used Triad Telecom as a SIP provider with the UC320 so far, but they have indicated that this so-called disaster recovery feature is not possible. Is this a UC320 limitation, or a Triad Telecom limitation? Can any other SIP provider offer this capability with the UC320?

Hi Andy.
We do. We're in the UK.
+44 (0)1869 222500
Failover to PSTN is free, cost is the cost of the diverted call.
We can also do this for larger multisites, where if one site goes down, calls are auto-rerouted to another site on SIP.
Also, Site load balancing % time of day etc.
