SPA 112 phone hook LED off and getting no dial tone

Hi :

• I am trying to configure the SPA 112 ATA using my MAC computer

• Have followed all the setup steps given in the following link

• Accept that my Service provider is freephoneline.ca (fongo)

• After completing the setup I have no dial tone on my phone and the phone hook LED light on SPA 112 adapter is off.

I am frustated and spent many hours trying various options.

Any help/guidance would be much appreciated.

If the LED is off, rather than flashing, it sounds like the line is failing to register. Are you able to confirm that your account details are correct by using a SIP client on your machine?
