Hi all,
Functional and in use SPA 112.
Today though, came home from work and found the power light flashing continuously.
No response to **** over phone through line1
No response to any network pings (network port light not illuminated either).
Pressed the reset button for 60 seconds, still same.
Anyone any ideas if this can be fixed or do I need to purchase a new one?
(Bought unit in May 2015)

Either SPA112 or power adapter seems to be faulty.
Use other power adapter to verify which one is faulty, then replace it.

I checked the power supply using my multi meter... outputting 5v..
So would seem it's the SPA112 that's faulty.
How do I go about getting an RMA as an individual and not a business?
Cisco seems to be pretty closed shop when it comes to dealing with individuals?

Multimeter can't recognize the high frequency noise in output of 5V adapter. Thus it's better to use other adapter if possible.
According RMA and warranty - unless I missed something you should contact the seller. But call Cisco SMB support center - the should provide final answer to you.
