SPA 112 Toll-free Dial Plan

The following dial plan meets my needs but I cannot seem to dial toll free numbers.  Can anyone make a suggestion?

(*xx|[3469]11|0|00|<:1561>[2-9]xxxxxx|<:1>xxx[2-9]xxxxxxS0|xxxxxxxxxxxx.)

For local 7-digit numbers 1 and area code (561) are prepended.

For 10-digit numbers, a 1 is prepended.

International numbers 011x are supported.

For some reason, emergency test number 922 is accepted (which is good, but why?)

Thanks.

The format of the toll free number is 18xxxxxxxxx

All numbers successfully complete on a mobile phone.

It doesn't prove they are reachable via other upstream - including the one you are using. My question lasts - did you verified (either by reading Voice application syslog or by SIP packets capture) that numbers in question does NOT trigger call setup thats rejected by upstream ?

All other numbers tried of format 1[2345679]xxxxxxxxx complete.  Just not with "8".

Just another reason not to presuppose Dial Plan issue here. While you may try to tweak Dial Plan, I would like to re-suggest you to verify your hypothesis first. It may save a plenty of yours time.

Hard to advise. You mentioned no format of tool-free numbers you are speaking of about. Format of toll-free numbers vary from country to country.

Just generic advice is possible now - just add appropriate format of number to Dial Plan.

By the way, are you sure it's Dial Plan issue ? E.g. SPA112 has not tried to dial it (unsuccessfully because call attempt has been rejected by upstream) ? Did you captured and read SPA112's Voice Application  syslogs and/or captured SIP packets between SPA112 and upstream server ?

Configured Emergency numbers can be dialed regardless Dial Plan.

Thank you.

Ideally, I would like it to prepend a "1" of it is not dialed, just like all of the other numbers.
