Hi,
I've read every other post concerning this issue.
I have tried with chrome and Iexplorer 11.
I can't see the quick setup menu.
I can't see the menu item to upgrade the firmware.
What can I do
I tried finding iexplorer 8 but the link is dead on the ms website.
Do I have to throw this device away ?
If this is the case you can rest assure that I'll never buy any product from CISCO again.

What's current firmware version ? What firmware (exact filename) you are trying to upgrade to ? Are you logged in as administrator ? You disclosed what you didn't see, but we don't know what you see ...
So sorry, there are no prophets here - we are willing to help, you you need to describe issue in details.

It's up to you. SPA122 is good device for some users and usage patterns. It require at least basic IT skills from it's administrator (not user!). It may not be best device for you.

Just generic advice - consider use of other upgrade method (e.g. use remote server and Upgrade_Rule).
