Spa 3000 - PSTN calls Noise

Hi guys,

My environment is working properly, but a I have noise in the external connection yet.

I hope hear the caller without noise. How can I improve that, please?

In local network there is not noise and I have a great communication in 2 ways (softphone <> analog phone).

Hi Dan,

I don´t have loud noise more, because right now I can hear the caller. 

I have a noise like "crackling" of the Cisco link site example:

Can anyone help me please?
