My SPA 303 IP Phone denies international calls. Example 1: 062 839 90 39 national number in Switzerland is working fine. Example 2: 0049 7621 1617296 to Germany doesn't work. With another old fashioned home phone (without IP), on the same SIP Router, the international calls are working fine. So it must be a configuration issue on my IP Phone. Can someone help me please? Thanks a lot.

Thanks for your help and I'm sorry for the undetailed description. Your assumptions were right. I found the problem now. There was a filter on the router (FRITZ!Box) for international calls activated in the standard preferences. And this filter is only active for IP-Phones. Not for old Standard Homephones. So my conclusion, that this must be an issue of the Cisco IP Phone was wrong.

While your description is so incomplete, I'm using following assumptions:
1. we are speaking about dialing, not about the answering
2. "call is denied" mean you are hearing fast busy tone and no SIP INVITE has been sent to upstream by SPA303
Conclusion:
wrong Dial Plan, numbers like 0049 76211617296 are not configured to be valid number format
Solution:
Dial plan needs to be configured according formats of numbers dialed.
Note there's no "generic correct configuration" of the dial plan, so I can't advise exact string. It depends on format of numbers recognized by your upstream provider.
