SPA 303 Inbound Call Screen Refresh

Greetings everyone,

I have a particular customer who is requesting that when a inbound call is received that it stays on the SPA 303 phones screen for an extended amount of time after hangup so they can copy the inbound call into a spread sheet. 

This had worked for them before but after switching providers the phones needed to be factory reset. I would like to know if there is a configuration option that would accomplish what they are requesting.

Any help of direction would be greatly appreciated.

No, there is no such option in SIP mode. In SCCP mode I'm unsure it's possible or not. In SCCP mode the behavior is driven by Call Manager.
