Spa 3102 disconnect from call

Hi

I am using a SPA3102 to route incoming and outgoing calls over PSTN using 3CX and a SPA504g.  I live in the UK and have managed to find the regional settings for the SPA3102.

I have copied the settings for the 3102 into the regional settings for the SP504g, not sure if this is correct or not?

I can make and receive calls using 3CX no problem- if I call out to a mobile phone and end the call by putting the 504g phone down, the call ends immediately on the mobile.  But, if a mobile calls in and I hang up the 504g first, the mobile does not register the call has ended and if I proceed to dial out with the 504g to another number, the line is still open with the mobile until it ends the call.

Is there a setting that I have missed somewhere?
