SPA2102 and automated systems

I have an SPA2102 and it works great except when trying to use automated systems.

I can ususally get it to work for things like press 1 for English, but if i have to enter a phone number, the system always tells me that it did not recognize my input and to try again.

Is there a setting that I can change/tweak to get this working better?

If I correctly understood your request, you have problem with IVR sistem and DTMF relay. Correct?

If yes you can adjust DTMF relay using "DTMF Tx Method" under "line" menu.

Check with your provider the method implemented and select the correct one using the option above.

AVT = RFC2833 (widely use)
INFO = SIP INFO
InBand = sends DTMF like RTP (works correctly only with G711 and G726 codecs)
Auto = DTMF relay method is deducted via SIP/SDP with other party
