SPA 400 Web Page is not accessible

Hello,

I have a problem here and I really appreciate if one of the professional can assist me on this.

I want to setup my SPA 400 with SPA 9000. I tried to use SAP 9000 Wizard to setup SPA 400. The wizard detects SPA 400 on the network and identify IP address (192.168.0.2) however it is not able to this IP. Also, I can see the user interface in IE by typing SPA 400 IP address.

I have no problem with SPA 9000. SPA 400 status light is blinking, voice light is on and Power light is on.

Did you ever figure this one out? I'm having the exact same issue.  We had a SPA400 that died, and we are having this issue with the replacement.  The wizard can't connect to it and I can't access the web page for it.
